Pilates recommencing January 7th 2013

TherapyXperts Chartered Physiotherapists include APPI certified pilates instructors Genevieve Fay MISCP and Mary Twomey MISCP. Offering Pilates classes for over 6 years, we get optimal results with great instructors, small classes and individualised pre-class assessment. Currently offering 6 classes per week, times and dates listed below.

TherapyXperts Maynooth Pilates Classes are held on Monday mornings at 10.00 and 11.00 am, Tuesday evenings at 6.30 and 7.30pm and Thursday evenings at 6.30 and 7.30pm. Each class lasts one hour. Classes are held at Beginner, Intermediate and advanced levels, with a maximum of 8 participants to ensure individual attention and optimal learning. All classes held in North Kildare Club, the Maws, Kilcock.
