TherapyXperts Chartered Physiotherapists include APPI certified pilates instructors Genevieve Fay MISCP and Mary Twomey MISCP. Offering Pilates classes for over 6 years, we get optimal results with great instructors, small classes and individualised pre-class assessment. Currently offering 6 classes per week, times and dates listed below.

TherapyXperts Maynooth Pilates Classes are held on Monday mornings at 10.00 and 11.00 am, Tuesday evenings at 7 and 8pm and Thursday evenings at 6 and 7pm. Each class lasts one hour. Classes are held at Beginner, Intermediate and advanced levels, with a maximum of 8 participants to ensure individual attention and optimal learning. All classes held in North Kildare Club, the Maws, Kilcock.
